We always want to make sure you have exactly what you want! If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

​We accept cancellations for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Be sure to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

​Cancelling order prior to shipping:
If you need to cancel your order, we understand. If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order. For any orders over $300, we will refund 50% of the total order. The other 50% goes toward the cost of the materials used to make the order.
